Hiring the right broker makes all the difference when it comes to a successful real estate transaction. When working with buyers, I love finding out what's really important to them, zeroing in on exactly what they want without wasting anyone's time. Then I investigate properties on my own and put together the top choices. After you select your perfect property, I'll be your personal guide through the negotiating and closing process.
For SELLERS, I guarantee my services - "List your property with me - RISK FREE." If at any time you are not 100% satisfied with my service - you can fire me. I believe aggressive marketing, technology, and well-targeted strategies are the key to quick sales in today's real estate market. With the support of PRUDENTIAL'S state-of-the-art technology and extensive resources, I can provide both buyers and sellers with outstanding service by accessing cutting-edge marketing information and listings at all times.
I strive to provide exceptional service that exceeds your expectations with a smile and a sense of humor. Customer service and complete satisfaction are my goal. Please call for any of your real estate needs whether it is selling, buying or just to pick my brain about current market conditions.

William E. "Snub" Liles~
I am originally from Northern New Mexico, specifically, Las Vegas, New Mexico. Growing up on and working on large ranches from Northern New Mexico to the Davis mountain area of west Texas, gives me a unique ability to help those looking at a farm or ranch. Having "Been there, done that, and got some on my T-shirt", I have a perspective on agriculture business that not all realtors are able to claim.
After attending Texas A&M University and graduating Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Animal Science in 1974, and then from the College of Veterinary Medicine in 1978 with a D.V.M., my wife, Eileen and I owned and operated, for 17 years, a mixed-animal Veterinary practice, as well as running an award-winning registered herd of cattle and a custom hay bailing business. We sold it to pursue strictly a ranch type practice. Following a shoulder injury and surgical complications, we, along with my parents, ranched in the Eckert area for several years. There are so many beautiful, productive ranches and farms in this area, and we really believe there is no better place to live than right here where we are. Please don't hesitate to call if there is anything Eileen or I can do for you.
We both believe that it is important to give back to the community where we live. That is why we are both so heavily involved in the events and programs on a local level. We received the volunteers of the year award from the Cedaredge Chamber of Commerce in 2006. Both of us have been voted Delta County Rookie of the year in our first years of real estate. Snub is on the Board of Stewards of the Vision Home and Community Program-an alternative home-based education system of which Delta county was a pioneer. He is also on the Coalby Domestic Water Company Board of Directors, a former director of the Uncompaghre Chapter of the Housing and Building Association, co-chairman of the Sled dog races held on Grand Mesa a couple of times a year, and actively involved in the Malawi Project which is a humanitarian aid organization serving the third poorest country in the world. Eileen was Chairman of the Applefest in 2008 and co-chair for several years before that. We are the proud grandparents of six grand daughters.
